Perhaps it does, but the Countdown stems from being told that paperwork has been sent to SEC and is being processed. Apparently it was too late to avoid the pinks and would take 2-3 weeks to get it back off the pinks. I added a couple of weeks for good measure. DuGen doesn't believe, I like to believe (somewhat skeptical) and hence the Countdown. Meantime I check FreeEdgar everyday looking for a Madison filing. As for the $5, been nothing more said since November, but Keith is up there working and he ain't picking zits. SC
