Good news just hit on BTLY, look for a pop. The stock looks shady to me, but it may be good for a trade.

MARINA DEL REY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 26, 2000--Bentley
Communications Corp. (OTCBB:BTLY) announced its decision to pursue a
listing on the Hong Kong and Frankfurt stock exchanges. The purpose of
this decision was to increase the company's capital base via exposure
to the global investing public in light of the worldwide nature of its
B2B development efforts.
In related news, BTLY has initiated the formation of Bentleycom
Asia Ltd., a subsidiary whose purpose is to facilitate and coordinate
international purchasing and distribution efforts in Asia. Bentleycom
Asia Ltd. will coordinate products that have been sourced in the
region. Bentleycom Asia Ltd. will support BTLY efforts to bring
buynetasia.com, a subsite of its flagship site buynetonline.com, on
line. The first version of buynetonline.com is scheduled to be
unveiled on January 31. Full functionality of buynetonline.com and its
subsites will be an ongoing process, done in phases. Additional news
