The entire contracts were moved to deferred revenue. These are enterprise license agreements that can be interpreted as sales of an installment nature under SOP 97-2 even when the installment period is a year or less. There has been a great deal of jumping up and down on competitive positioning, in part because of VRTS's PR. Some of the "Street" analysts are digging: Joe Payne at Hoak Breedlove Wesneski upgraded the stock yesterday.
