Greg, While I'm a growth investor I do pay attention to valuations, and I think that VRTS valuations are nuts (that's an analytical term!). Competition is fierce in the disk drive sector, and so I believe that the primary reason that SEG has rebounded is not because of its earnings outlook, but perhaps because many subscribe to your reasoning. If so, SEG will take a big fall when VRTS finally bites the bullet -- an outcome I believe is inevitable in the tech sector given the nature of the bubble in some techs. Right now, all other things being equal, I am leaning towards buying LGTO provided I can be assured that the products are good, and growth prospects remain excellent. TTFN, CTC
