++Good, If you own an energy company, the odds are good that it has some non PC activities on its record. And I dislike most of it. But the other side of the coin is, why the heck are the govts in these countries allowing it to happen? If I ran the co., we wouldn't hurt anyone to make a buck, but I don't think we can expect sainthood out of every co with profit incentives. That is for govt. to temper and where are the govts? And why are the people putting up with govts that don't help them?

So, I may call a few folks names at the annual meetings, but if UCL didn't exploit these resources, somebody else would as long as the govt. allows it. I think you have a reason to complain, but are pointing at the wrong guys. Capitalists are into greed and govts. are supposed to put a rein on that greed for the public weal.

It is not like tobacco cos. which are making products that they know kill people.
