Thanks for articulating the above, I got it!

On another note, the SEC filing dated 1/10/00 said that 6M Pcln shares were sold/purchased on 1/10/00 at $55. Therefore it was a private sale and that said a lot to me. The stock is moving above $67 r/t.

Surely you mean something different from what you have said. Money flows into and out of the market all the time. You pulled money out, didn't you? My 401k investing keeps on chugging money into the market, driving share prices up.

I get your point. This is going to be a tough market for anyone other than Mark Fowler.
Please remember I cleaned the deck last week on *all* of my Semi mfg eqp stocks. In that sector Amat was my largest holding, but the most profitable was Cymer (cymi).
