Hate to say it, but looks like the OSX has peaked for awhile. The failure of the recent oil rally to lift the OSX speaks volumes. Market could not care less about temporary weather induced spikes in crude and products. Much more interested in where crude settles after OPEC and its allies open the taps.

With the entire stock market looking shakey now and crude poised to decline significantly this spring, a move to OSX 80 or so looks like a good bet before long. The time to buy again probably will be AFTER crude takes its seemingly inevitable big hit.
