AMD demoed a 1Ghz, I think, in Al, not Cu at least two months ago. In addition every time Intel goes up a speed grade, AMD counters in volume. Its not something that I am speculating about....its been reported in the media at least once if not multiple times.

Yet in your post, you state that AMD is having a tough time scaling up. But to my knowledge, there is is no evidence to support that statement. That's why I am asking for a link.

On the contrary it would appear that Intel is the one having the tough time. I base that comment not by what Intel is saying publicly but what's in the channels.
