I did some research on the last run - up to $10.00. Cannacord did some selling. I noticed Cannacord provides a lot of liquidity for stocks like WV taking positions to run-up higher. For example IW-T when it was trying to break $7.00 Cannacord kept selling into it to hold it down. Whatever the reason, I hope to pick up some more on dips.
