wanted to thank you for your excellent DD on EDIG. This was quite possibly one of the biggest scams ever, glad someone stood up to it.

Pluvia--I turned it up a notch when you failed to answer my question after I posed it both here and on Raging Bull. My question was in response to your comments supporting your short position. Apparently my tactic worked as I managed to get a response from both you and Chris.

Regarding your celebrity ring fight? My forum is moral jujitsu. So please take me out of your ring.

By nature I'm a very polite individual and although an optimist I do appreciate a healthy dose of skepticism. But, frankly, I don't like skepticism when it comes padded, cloaked and cruely based. A review of the bashing of EDIG once it achieved it's high shows many, many comments similar to those made when it was just beginning to come out of its two-dollar and under phase. Had investors listened to bashers then, they never would have seen the 24 mark. So let's not presume it's the longs who are manipulating here.

Regarding Chris' refutation to the questions I asked him, unfortunately his answer came at a bad time. I've got a dual problem: a) earnings are coming out on another of my investments and I have to pay close attention to what happens there; and b) I've got a girlfriend sitting on my right demanding my time. Neither helps me conjure the time needed in order to respond to Chris' technical assertions.

I will have a response for Chris Burns but, under the current conditions, it'll likely come some time tomorrow.

TO CHRIS BURNS: Thank you for responding to my questions. I'm sorry I had to use an inflammatory tactic to elicit your response. Let's see where this goes. I don't think the EDIG picture is a bad one, as both you and Pluvia are painting it out to be. In my view, eDigital has fine prospects on many fronts and these obviously will be enhanced once the company meets its Nasdaq listing.

Come what may, at least let honor and dignity win. In my view, these things are more precious than money.

I didn't want SI Post 9925 to go unanswered. Indeed, an independent, non-SI judge has rendered a decision:

ragingbull.com

[NOTE: I don't particularly enjoy the graphic nature of this exchange; however, I don't particularly enjoy Pluvia's description of my being "down on the mat" either.]

It seems that the eDigital technology debate was yet another example where truth and reason preside over fiction and distortion; where attempting to lowball the integrity of a stock is not a winning proposition. Where the hand of time and the wheel of karma prevail, as the ultimate verdict is this: eDigital is technically a very sound company with a very bright future ahead of it.
