Thanks for the response. As a first step in following the logic of Renetech's post I felt it was important to clarify that the cited patent was indeed relevant to TDMA.

Excellent. The prior art issue now becomes central to the discussion. I cannot say that I know; I am merely trying to keep the debate focused and civil. The prior art issue was apparently what the Motorola case was all about as well. I will have to re-read what Renetech wrote with regard to the outcome of that case for it escapes my memory at the moment.

Eventually we will get to the issue of the ERICY case.
Ultimately we will get to the issue of revenues derived from these patents.
