Heheheee..........that's a funny one! LU probably supplies some of the basic component which NT could also buy from other suppliers -- like JDSU.

The key to this business is software, software, software not who manufactures the circuit boards or filters!

Bill, Your act is getting a bit stale. NT will have its day. Even Roth knows that Lu has completed its effort in the 192 area. Now he wants to talk about experince in deploying 192. LU has that experience in deploying highly complex networks. LU has the customers, so with a product and a dispelled manufacturing bottleneck in another month and a half or so, the competition will heat up. NT is incredibly overpriced based on earnings. I would sell (or would have over 100 earlier today). Good luck, Brian
