By 10 o'clock it could have gone either way after Scotia, our biggest net seller by >100% today, whacked it hard to the mid-section. Reeling but still on its feet, Royal hit it again while everybody was sucking martinis and eating light lunches. After that it ropey-doped to an ugly finish. Going into the open I was thinking it might bounce of the bottom of the triangle. What the hell was I thinking? It's been in a downtrend since March of 1999, and volume has liked down days since forever. I'll wait until it tells me it can not go any lower before I look at it again, somewhere in the low .90's I figure. Cheers. --Allan
