Commission Update Hello Everybody. Yikes!....The lines at Commission Headquarters are jumping. Everybody has now promised to send in their dues......if the Commission could only tell the tale...do the dew. Cool....Dues checks are in the mail again! OK....Here is what we know.....besides late uptick buying on the coast..... Leahman Brothers crossed the stock.....This was not unexpected....Kessler knows who bought them. We think we know who bought them....but can't confirm it...except with a refusal to deny.....and that type of BS....so officially, we don't know. The Boys inthe Montana Cabin have decided to envoke a little known and very secret Commission by-law.....by upgrading IDX 3 steps...to "Quaduple Screaming, Triple Table Pounding Buy" Of course cigar smoking is required any time this happens. We think that IDX will announce the transaction.....tomorrow morning...(or right now)...as IDX has a new 14% shareholder. Also.....We feel that after it becomes known......it will be very important to see if the buyer is a new buyer....or if they already have a position in IDX. It must be disclosed in the filing....which I believe is required within 10 days. The block buyer today may end up owning more than just the 14%......and then this may really become interesting. I can say....without a doubt, the Commission is thrilled to death with this development....particularly because members are, and have been, loaded to the gills with common and options. I think IDX can finally get up and go. bg ps. Cabo next year still sound goofy? Also.......Something is coming across the Dow Jones News Wires right now........And IDX was the most active stock on the AMEX today.....Watch Paul Kangus tonight.
