John Q. Public,(OT)

"I predict a very down day for tech, BWTFDIK?"

Well obviously not a lot about techs!
What the heck are you thinking, less earnings?, they'll really rocket up now! Did you think Dell was an oil stock?

Those earnings have been weighing Dell down, more than likely!!

OEI/GLBL - every little stock move etc...

Don't fool yourself into thinking the market is rational in the short term. In the short term you have momentum players, computer buy/sell programs, option activity, mm activity, large fund buy/sells etc moving ABC stock. It amazes me that people need to attach a story to every single stock move and simplify into something that they can spoon feed the masses.

Relax folks. Let it run.

In my opinion OEI is still consolidating after a big move from 7 to 10 in a short period of time. Today it crossed the 200 dma again so you had some weak hands selling. But that's just my opinion and it doesn't mean a damn thing, but I'll re-evaluate tomorrow and everyday thereafter based on where OEI trades.

OEI is now a core holding so I really don't care where it goes short term. I know it'll hit 15+ again sometime in 2000.

I'm trading XTO, NBL, COG and NN in the techs. Those are the one's I'm watching closely.
