Hugh, good I feel now that someone not like I or Thor on that side,
or the sag on the other side, has received non insider information
directly from Mr. Jensen.

Issuing of more shares by Global is an non issue if the result is this company
to obtain that moon shot precious metals For Sale.

As for that SEC issue, to me it will not be done at present because once again,
with this "once" really just a continuation of same mushroom approach that
Jensen has produced from day 1, 10+ years ago, in that as long as Jensen
can keep the hurting shareholders in the dark, then he ineffect keeps them
at bay with the fear that soon something big will happen. Ofcourse in most
opinions here its bull chit time now as any long term shareholder has
to accept that a consolidation is in order simply because that initial investment
cash flow has been used up, thus making any now SEC move by long time
investors as a valid and correct option to correct a wrong with the understanding
that they have nothing to lose now because its either a big consolidation
to prevent their getting any return verses throwing a monkey rench into
the gears of a soon to be successful Global.

Just to say the above with less words, if I invested into Global 10 years ago,
then thru an examination of no valid/realistic news or update from Global,
that I would assume my investment is lost thru either a big consolidation
that helps Global become successful in the now short term, or its just a
continuation of a scam, or not a scam in that the dirt is good, but Jensen will
continue to not follow his duties as Present and return share value because
as I mentioned many times, Jensen wants to do it his way, and Jensen's
way is counter to return current shareholder value.

My English grammer today sucks, plus my thoughts are being interrupted too much
with these extra many and loud voices inside my head, but if I was an initial
investor of 10 years ago I would takes necessary steps to HALT and put
into the legal system Jensen + Global, as the right and correct and necessary
thing to do. As for later and current shareholders, not my concern,
not my problem, and not even a thought of fall out since each person who
invests into Global accepts high risk, even if they refuse to.

Bottom line, thanks for feedback from you call to Jensen.

Bottom line, the feedback means zero and based on the past it has the
worth of crap until Jensen can give out an official Global news release or update.

Just my opinion based on the track record of this company.

For example,
33,000,000 gpgi shares out there
of which
6,000,000 are held by Jensen & Twiford thru the J & T Cat Company
and most likely Jensen and Twiford hold another 15,000,000
meaning that they can vote a YES = Passed any and all things
they want that will ......

Doug

Hugh - SUCCESS, SUCCESS, SUCCESS
Richard - encourages Robert's suggestion and less nonsense
Doug - wait and see with a call to GPGI for news on next NR
Thor - email SEC for a legal opinion
Scott - Smoke Screen
Robert - fly to phoenix, rendez-vous, report back to thread

-------------------------------------------------------

Hugh, success is all yours. Excellent. Excellent. Excellent.
I knew working as a team would bring results.
I had thought about blending your suggestion and Robert's
into one because of the overall theme but the 2 ways to
communicate were actually different.

For now you are on top! Great team work!

Before the follow-up calls are made we could work on a list of questions?
What do you think?
This positive momentum should not be wasted.

Do you feel now after having placed the call you
wished you had asked a question or more that wasn't asked...

I think what you did for the team is superior to the
smoke screens we seem to get every time we attempt something
like this and a big thanks to you!

Perhaps you could share some more thoughts on what could be
the next question for GPGI?
I will try to drum up support for this question list.
You are not alone.

Thor
