All's too quiet. Co. lips are sealed pending "I" dotting and "T" crossing. JMO. Patience will be rewarded.

Tom,

IMO a "no news" quiet period. I spoke at length with Peter today and all seems to be in order. As usual, things are taking longer than anticipated.

I did confirm today that they do (for sure) plan a NASDAQ listing this year. There will be an IPO as part of that process. My feeling is this stock will IPO for nothing less than 15US, possibly higher .... that's just my own opinion.

They are going to be on the road soon doing a number of presentations -- this should pique a little more interest.

Frustrating when you see stocks with so much less potential trading at 3Xs DMX ... but IMO that will change this year.

I will say though, once the company does have all of the approvals, I expect them to be blowing their horns pretty loudly.

Best to all,

MB

>>>Anyone have any idea why our Darlin' appears to be heading South when all of the indicators say she should
be headed North?<<<

Yes Tom, I have the answer: I took a position in DMX just after the .57 run-up. Following in the vein of my other 'investments' in Acclaim Entertainment (AKLM) Syquest technologies (SYQTQ chap.7) Iomega (IOM) and some misc. Canadian junior golds ...DMX should be at about $1.13 by May and then a series of negative news reports will take it to delisting.

I have the 'reverse' midas touch.

Sorry,

Michael (this is written in jest of course....or is it?)
