from a PM sent to me in gratitude, please read the author's name is changed to protect him/her from abuse printed with permission you just dont get it are you aware that each brokerage house maintains a small cadre staff of six-figure TA pros in their Chart Room? I had the pleasure of dropping by at Fidelity's Chart Room when consulting for them a few years back I imagine you to be sad and friendless, a lonely man one's outer display toward others is usually a reflection of what lies within I surely harbor some venom for those who snipe at me it originates from youth, to be sure but it only shows itself when sniped at in unprovoked fashion you can always change, and we would all appreciate it / Jim -------------------------------- -------------------------------- Thursday, Jan 27 2000 12:49PM ET To: Jim Willie CB From: XXX Hi Jim, We've never exchanged before, and I don't post a lot. I'm a broker who has been long Q since '97. I've been meaning to write this for a while now. Unfortunately, like most brokers, I am my own worst enemy, trading when I should probably be investing. For my clients, Q has blown their minds and taken them to heights they only dreamed of. I'm writing you in particular to say thanks for some of the best TA work I have ever seen, including that of the TA "gurus" on the Street. I have made a ton of money trading on your calls. Whiel I would have been better off holding the shares this whole time, your insight and willingness to hold yourself up to public record helped me make quite a bit of dough I might not have otherwise made. You've been taking a lot of shit on the board. I just wanted to let you know there are otehrs out here in cyberspace who's kids are quite grateful for your analysis. Thanks again. XXX
