Long term ICGE is a hold.. short term, It may get caught up in the selling pressures that accompany Lock-up.. whether real institutional selling or panic retail selling based on implied lock-up shares reaching the market.

You have to admit that that 46 million share number looks awful large when you consider that the entire float is only 20m. If i'm not mistaken, there are more shares being freed up mid-month as well..
