JDSU had a stock split which you didn't account for in your analysis. It should be: JDSU 220 * 2 (to account for split) = $440 OCLI (440 * 0.928) = $408 OCLI currently at = $398 $10 left on the table due to uncertainty of merger completion... Gap will close to $0 by day of merger. JC
