Peppe - The additional float will not hurt the NT price. If the arbs sell NT and buy BCE, that could cause a temporary drop in NT price. If NT price drops below $90, I will start buying. I suspect others will do the same.

No impact whatsoever on the float. No new shares were issued.......simply a conversion from BCE to NT shares.

The issue in the short term is whether the ex-BCE shareholders who now own both BCE AND NT shares will all of a sudden decide to unload the NT shares.............there will be some selloff but I wouldn't imagine any major impact.

In the mid to long term, this is a strictly a share ownership transfer --- has ZERO impact on the business outlook for NT. So I would buy at any sign of weakness if NT dips as it is likely to revert back to it's proper valuation........
