Venkie, are you really Lucretius Taurus? That sounds awfully bearish. I think that the management-integrity issue is going to need some work. The other part (combined with recent stock pressure) is just like taking some bad tasting medicine. Expectations had to be tamed, and now its probably up quarters after this. I do not expect a return to the go-go days (that's why I've been out for a while), but I could always be wrong. For our friends who love this stock, I hope that I am.

Best,

LoF

I certainly hope not, the bulk of my portfolio is still Dell. My guess is it is already too late to unload, best probably to let it go oversold and come back up. Remember there is all the pent up demand from deferred capital expendatures last yr, especially the last 1/2, that will be entering the pipe this quarter. I think the reason Dell's been in the low $40's is because it is not the NASDAQ bellweather anymore nor has it been for some time...so..perhaps there won't be quite the bloodbath tomorrow. There was a rumor last week that it would miss. Perhaps that was leaked from Round Rock to allow longs to do whatever they were going to do. So now we all have to hope it comes back some.
