I'm looking forward to the day when CMGI's stake in only one of its companies is more than the market cap of CMGI itself. My bet is on that day some baby-faced hedge fund manager will smugly call for the "short" of CMGI because it is "weak." FWIW, a lot of guys trade solely on TA and refuse to look at fundamentals. Gary Smith at the Street.com -- I believe -- is one such trader. Those guys are likely shorting CMGI at this level. Or so it seems. As always, its a waiting game with CMGI. But, that said, we all know eventually it will pop BECAUSE of the short covering. So I guess we should thank those guys?
