I would assume NT's volatility will skyrocket since no single entity will own more than 2 to 3 percent as Roth says. Hmmmm...

Dennis - I do not think this is a smart move by BCE. When BCE shareholders receive their .78 NT and BCE share, they will sell the BCE share and hold the NT share. The BCE share price will drop. In the meanwhile, this could present a great buying opportunity to buy NT.
