LB,

I just like the way they layed out their plan. Maybe it was selling, maybe just marketing spin. However, I own ETEK and felt more comfortable.

As a learning experience, it also explained the process which, from my understanding, is 30 days of review by the FTC once they file their merger papers. They did indicate that that filing date would not be disclosed, or if it's already been done.

All in all.....a bright spot in an already good CC.
