I'd be upset, too, if I still had Dell -- I think it was selling around $36 in the afterhours market.

cheryl - If you actually followed my posts on the DELL thread, you would know that I predicted this more than a year ago, along with the stagnation of DELL stock this year... just last week got in a heated discussion with Kelley on whether DELL would warn, and put my money where my mouth was buying DELL puts on virtually my entire position. BTW this kind of event is a good chance to clean up on option plays, as I did when CPQ calls dropped to fractions of a point last november. If DELL takes a beating and near term call premiums go under a buck I will be an aggressive buyer of just out of the money calls. I made 15 times my investment in only 2 months, and might do as well on DELL if the market goes crazy. There has been no comparable opportunity in SUNW despite the nice appreciation in the underlying - investors just have not lost confidence which is a requirement for a good options play... You really need to do more than just wave those pom-poms if you want to be taken seriously. I think you're a nice person though...
