Do they have to keep the stock within a certain range to close the financing according to plan, or is that now irrelevant?

These last few days have been great for QBX... investment wise.

Let's hope they decide to start some promo.

My guess is that they are waiting to finalize the financing

You have certainly got my attention with the Cubix story, Keith - just as with Jordex, of which I own a bundle. I picked up my first slice of QBX yesterday @ $1.01/$1.03 , and the second slice this morning @ $1.05 . Will be looking to make up the whole pie as the opportunities arise.

Your efforts in researching and sharing these "finds" are very much appreciated.

... i haven't sold any yet either, had some on the offer in the high 1.40s yesterday but not today and likely won't, it wasn't many anyway ... the hi/lo today of 1.30/1.15 is going to start us a pretty little wedge pattern, bullish imho ... 'bus come soon' an old indian lady told me one time, and she was right, i only had to stand in the rain three and a half days, lol .... cheers
