Pluvia--what's this stuff all about? Squeezed for time, I've been doing intermittent searches on two fronts: a) your shorting career; and b) my effort to come up with a credible response to Chris Burns.

With respect to your shorting career, I keep finding your name associated with corporations bringing you to court for bashing-related actions.

Granted, I don't know how these cases were resolved. Thus, my question: What's it all about? What happened?

<EDIG has a licensing agreement with LU. If EDIG sells more, Lucent makes more. It is standard fare for the "big" company licensing to the puney start up to issue joint press releases. >

I have posted many times that EDIG licenses others technologies, but the company needs to license IT'S technology to others as well either bundled with LU, IBM, or on it's own. While they have 2 such agreements, we don't know the royalty rate for MicroOS going foreward, or if it will truely get licensed in the mass market.

That said:

<Why is it not a single long can explain why EDIG's simple micro OS will suddenly rule the world when all of the major companies in this space are doing fine without it now?>

Because much of their potential market is just now emerging... there are no 'major' companies in the space... yet... at least not producing a product of the type that would use EDIG's MicroOS.

<Or why EDIG's micr OS makes EDIG worth a 1.8 BILLION market cap?>

Good question... where's the royalty deals? And will their IP hold up?

<Wake up folks, someone buying this company would not even pay $50 million. >

Way too low IMO based on the deals they have already. That said.. if MicroOS is so great, why didn't MicroSoft or someone just buy 'em??? On the other hand, why didn't MOT or someone buy QCOM? ha ha ... they didn't get it.

Oh arrogant, ignorant (or is it plain and simple deceit? Yeah, methinks overt deceit)one--No way does EDIG gets into the co. parking lot, much less partnering and pr from the big boys unless they believe there is potential. They are not going to waste the time and risk the embarrassment. You know better.

Pity you squander what "creditability"--credibility too--you might have with such obvious deceit and nastiness. Dale says you're smart. I don't call being caught in an obvious lie, smart. Be nimble on that short. It could bite back hard.

I'll go out on a limb and say in about 4 to 6 weeks when EDIG gets listed on the NASDAQ and then an announcement comes out from EDIG and one of it's major corporate players
pushing the stock thru $40 our "friend" Pluvia will be no where to be seen.

Just a prediction from one of the "army of the ignorant" on this board.
