Eagle Wireless International Announces Move To AMEX; 'Eagle To Begin
Trading On AMEX As Of February 16, 2000'

LEAGUE CITY, Texas, Feb 14, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Eagle Wireless
International (OTC BB:EGLW) today announced that it has completed all
requirements for listing its common shares on the American Stock
Exchange of the Nasdaq-Amex Market Group and will begin trading these
shares on the Amex as of February 16, 2000 under the trading symbol
(AMEX:EAG). Eagle's Class B $6.00 warrants currently trade on the OTC
Bulletin Board under the trading symbol (OTC BB: EGLWZ) and will
continue to do so until their expiration August 31, 2000.
