When you issue $6.9 bil in stock for companies with less than $100 mil in earnings (Cerent), write off all their R&D (and get everyone to ignore it as a "one-time" every time expense), several times a quarter, it sure helps! This way you get to buy revenues and ignore the expense of buying it! Cisco is the king of bullschit.
