people still just do not "get" the Qualcomm story

I take today's drop in conjunction with yesterday's CC in a much different light. These two events tell me that "some" people understand the Q's story really, really well.

In my mind, the most telling factor coming out of yesterday's CC was the stance that the Q crew took related to meeting analysts projections for 2000. It is especially impressive that they took this stance knowing full well about today's "Snap Trap". It appears to me that the street (or whatever it is) is heading back into their "show me your shares mode".

Does anyone have any details on the number of shares that will be issued to cover the $1B acquisition cost?

ps Does the Q crew stance also include that Prudential Projection? He's the only one who has really challenged the Q'sters.
