"Let's Have a Closed Access Free For All", Damn Jenkins of the WSJ is THE MAN!! Tell it like it is Jenkins, great job!!

Hi FIRENZA- I agree, that was a terrific article! Jenkins has got to be an ATHM long. No one else would understand our pain and frustration. While I have been ticked off with Case's tactics (especially concerning open access), I admit that he is a street fighter and survivor. That doesn't seem to be Armstrong's style. Sometimes I wish Armstrong had a little more savvy. When open access becomes a reality, I hope Excite@Home tears into AOL/TWX territory with a vengeance.

It was sweet justice for me to see Case's precious stock take a nose dive. I'll bet that has caused him some sleepless nights, and there are many more to come. There won't be any stock doubling this year. It's now ATHM's turn.

<<Dumb pipe equals poor shareholders, equals AT&T as patsy in an AOL world.>>

Makes you wonder if the "dumb pipe" advocates are working for our mortal enemies doesn't it?
