Pluvia--You'll probably read the post I posted previous to this, where I actually commended some of your work. So let me plain out ask ya (I'd appreciate an answer to each): [QUALIFICATION: eDigital was listed on Nasdaq under its former name from 1993 to 1997. It went into an R&D mode (simultaneous to new Nasdaq listing stringency requirements), reegineered its organization and focus and is now ready to reapply for its Nasdaq listing.] 1) Is eDigital a fraud? 2) Have eDigital executives committed any insider trading? 3) Has eDigital ever issued press releases which were not true? 4) Has eDigital reported honestly to the SEC? 5) And, if you're aware of number four, how many years have they be so doing? 6) Have they ever missed filing an SEC report? 5) Has eDigital done anything wrongful so as to affect the share price: a) When it was named Norris? b) When it was trading for under a dollar? c) When it was trading at two dollars? d) When it was trading at 24 dollars? Pluvia, you better believe, man, I'll give ya credit when you're right. Why wouldn't I? In fact, if you read closely what I wrote before, I did that. But, if you think about it, perhaps I've raised the bar for the standard you should meet. Do you? As indicated earlier, I'll respond to Chris Burns. And I'm hopeful I can give him a very good answer. But, unfortunately, this evening I'm "squeezed for time" because of my girlfriend; earlier I was squeezed for time due to an earnings report on another investment. So you're just gonna have to respect the fact that my girlfriend's gonna get my time before you shorties do. Consequently, do don't be surprised if you don't get immediate responses from me, whatever may be posted after this. PS: Please do note I asked for an explanation regarding those publicized lawsuits. I don't believe I made an accusation. Perhaps I should also note I found stuff I didn't print and which would not be my preference to do so. I do, however, have a concern you tend to use your past success against bad companies in order to gain present day shorting advantages. EDIG is not a bad company!!!
