I do not understand where you get the sentence " maniacal" You told me I would do better to just keep quiet.. That was your advice if I wanted to see the best for the Lord's Work. "Force Fed" how is it that the way I present truth is wrong? What is this sentence of "force fed" and telling me that my strong stand for what is right as being unlike Christ. I do not see what you said about me quoting God's Word in a "FORCE FED" way????? As being anything other than spiritual attack against not me but God's Truth. I am not taking your "disagreement" as being personal at all. I think it is in fact against the truth itself. Telling a Christian that he is quoting the Word of God too much is not of the Spirit of God Hawk-eye.. The Word of God is our sword and our staff and our life line... You tell me I quote it too much. Or in some vague way I am "force feeding" and doing major damage rather than good. How do you perceive teaching truth at all... If no one listens to me that is not really my problem. When the word of God is preached 2 things happen. Some grow and learn and become more spiritual and closer to the truth while others harden their hearts and are damned. I would as do you like to see people come to repentance and be saved but that is not my portion .. God decides what will happen concerning the public preaching of truth. I did not say anything untrue today but you are attacking my method or message as being unlike Christ but you quote no verses to show me . It is just an opinion ( judgement ) you are making. It is sheer attitude. I do not operate in a humanistic mentality. I trust the spirit of God to work in men. All men when they first hear a truth will usually hate it. It is the work of the Holy Spirit that causes them to admit its truth and eventually learn to love and defend it. I do not think I have a "maniacal" approach Hawk-eye. I am blunt, to the point, and more than willing to prove from scripture that I am teaching God's Truth. I am not lazy, if someone shows any hope of learning, I have and will spend abundant time to teach them. However when I am faced with empty accusations then I am not slack to point that out either.. You see if you can't kill the MESSAGE,, then you must kill the MESSENGER.. that is what they did with Christ. Men complained about HOW Jesus witnessed as well.. They thought as you do that the main thing was to get converts. That is not and was not Christ's main concern. The truth is the main concern.. it will not be tailored to try and suit it to the flesh. You feel "FORCE FED" why not thank God except you do not want to be fed the truth at all?If I knew anyone who could FORCE FEED me God's TRUTH I would say .. BRING IT ON !!!! What is offended.. Do you want to tell God when and where you will accept or hear His truth? No one heard Noah before the flood if you and everyone else plugs up their ears...fine. That is not my loss but I cannot compromise those things that God has shown in some hope that carnal men will understand if I just soften it up a little. You would have accused every preacher in scripture with being a maniac Hawk-eye.. because they are less compromising than I. Maybe you should join with Nihil and blame Jesus for "pushing" people to the point where they crucified Him.That is what Nihil has said.. He has complimented me while many who profess to love God and His truth have desired that I just go away and keep quiet. It bring to mind but one thing: Matthew 10:40 He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me. Men who reject me reject Christ Himself. Maybe your just having a carnal day but I ahve been persecuted so often by people who say they are on the same team that my skin gets a touch thick. If you are honestly seeing a blind side that I do not see I'm sorry Hawk-eye but I am doing my best to DEFEND God's truth.. as to what people think of me ...who cares. 2 Timothy 2:4 No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier. I am a soldier Hawk-eye - do not tell me to put away my sword ( Word of God )
