Steve, they were referring to the split announced at the beginning of January that requires the shareholder approval and will become effective sometime in March.
I think that was what you meant.

In any case, i am seeing good comments from analysts and expect the same tomorrow. Looks like they setting up for a great quarter.......again!

The company is on a roll.

How would the stock split in March affect the ETEK merger? Would ETEK share holders get 2.2 shares of JDSU after the split?
