Ed, yes, I agree about the short-term volatility that we will see in the stock. I have an extremely small position in the company, so I can either sell or just sit tight and sell into a short-term bounce. As I said, the point raised in the CC about revenue growth being in the range of 30% for this year is a major concern for me. What happened to the 40% growth? In any event, Dell is going to be "dead money" for sometime to come.

I too have had a number of investments that have returned 50 to 100%+++ over the last few months. However, these are very volatile and risky investments in my opinion. For example, Cmgi.

The only saving grace for Dell is if the Analysts believe Dell's current problems are in the past. If so, the company, still being the leader in making "boxes", may recover to the low to mid 40's and sit there. Time will tell.
