Alright folks,

Maybe I'm misunderstanding what has taken place with today's announcement, but can someone clear up these questions?

1. A BCE shareholder with 100 shares now will get 78 shares of NT. Does that mean only today's before-the-halt BCE shareholders get this deal? Or all BCE shareholders at some future date?

2. So, a BCE shareholder gets 78 shares of the new company for every 100 BCE shares, which he/she also gets to keep. At what price? At today's closing 143.45 (CDN) price?

3. What will then be the value of BCE shares at the moment of conversion?

Somewhat confused.
