Chisy:

I am long on VLNC although I have only 1/2 as many shares as I had at one time.

However, VLNC doesn't show on the results of this scan, since it scans for stocks with a price below $20 and mostly < $15, since theoretically the "SELECTED" small price stocks have a better chance of outperforming the large price ones. (This in spite of the fact that the large caps stocks have been doing better than the small caps as a whole)

In support of that theory, coming back to VLNC. If you look at a daily chart, since it started the present run on November 15 with the close of 7 3/4 to today's intra-day H of 31 1/4 at 9.45AM, it had a 400% appreciation. To do the same % wise from today's close of 30 3/4 it would have to reach a price of 123, which is theoretically less likely in a similar time period.
Regards and good luck.
