Molloy,
It's called the practice of faith. It is a practice, and some people believe, i.e., Christians, Muslims, Jews, Hindus, etc., that we spring from divine origins, and that through spiritual practice, we might transform our lives
and thereby transform the world around us. Some people do pray, or talk, to immortal, or divine, beings. Christ taught that we have access to our immortal Father through Him- and that He cares about us and loves all of us- yes, even you, and me. And that He cares about all our petty human problems- our relationships, our jobs, our hopes and dreams, even our finances, on which so many other aspects of our lives depend. And that He answers our prayers. Your ceaseless and mean-spirited mocking of Voltaire does not harm or impoverish him, but it does impoverish you. I read your posts in the wide sampling of opinion I conduct on this and other threads-you are obviously an intelligent man. From time to time, you might even suspect that there "may be more things under heaven and earth that are dreamt of in your philosophy", my friend. For your sake I hope so.

One more thing- please mind your manners when you're on the Porch.

Molloy, Are you some sort of nut or what? I have begun to feel sorry for you. I hope you are not beyond repair and you can begin to change.

When I look at how miserable you are I have a lot to be thankful for. That is that I don't live with someone like you.

If you want to write to someone about being wrong why don't you get a list of the large brokerage houses that told their clients not to get into QCOM last year. Goodness! Man you have a big problem........

In every nasty message you write you are showing us your bottom line. If you would shut the heck up and start listening you could change your attitude and possible change your bottom line at the same time.

What goes around comes around and I would hate to be you waiting for what is coming around..............................You are a very nasty, miserable person.

If you have problems in your life right now (and I am sure you do or you would not be so miserable) check around and see if you can change something you are doing to be a better person. Perhaps you could start with being considerate to people on this board. Remember: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

dealer

P.S. If you want to discuss your real problems. The things that are bothering you then perhaps someone on this board might take the time to consult with you but your problems are much deeper that a $10.00 mistake made my Voltaire. I can't even imagine something so bad to make a person so miserable, with each nasty post you post things run across my mind like:

1. Are you a shut-in, handicap?
2. Going through a divorce.
3. Lost your retirement in the stocks and trying to gain it back.
4. Had a death in the family in the last few months.
5. Don't have a roof over your head.
6. Don't know where your next meal is coming from.
7. Lost your job.
8. Ugly wife, mean wife.
9. Kid in college has failing grades.
10. Stays constipated at all times.

Hang in there! Start being nice to people and you will be surprised to see how things will turn around for you.

Hoping for your sake your misery will end soon or we might not have to put up with you much longer. Miserable, nasty people live short lives, not really good for the heart.
