RCL..the offers on the OTC>BB are not "firm" orders..ie..they don't have to even honor the posted bid and ask prices..I have been bitchin about that for a looong time..I have had orders in to buy at the offer (ask) price, and they have gone all day without being filled..amazing..one would think that the MMs could be charged with false advertising..and should be....However..back to your question..Don't even THINK about getting filled "in between"..UNLESS the price is about to DROP..then, they will surprise you as to how fast they can fill you..Same applies to sell orders. NOW..help is on the way...maybe..there is an application to SEC to require the Aholes to fill retail customers first or concurrent with their orders....and to report back in a reasonable amount of time..(I've waited 2 hours in a slow market before)..I hope the regulation goes through. I'll post it when I find where I stashed it. More good news..AS OF JULY 3, they have to start quoting in DECIMALS.rather than fractions....oh, happy days...except..I don't have a monitor long enough to show a forty five decimal place number...LOL.
