I also missed the VECO run, as well as MVIS back from 26, but I did catch a few others. I had a nice run from 1.5 to 6.75 in ICOM over the last month, exiting yesterday. GUMM has also been good with a positive move on 18 of the last 19 days and 16 in a row. Is that a record? <VBG> GGNS has been a nice double in the last month or so as well, and my RMBS short is doing well. On the other hand, I sold covered calls too early on my KLAC, and had to roll them out.

As for PROG, I have no reason to think that a weak market can take it much further down from here unless they are having serious problems in Europe, which I don't think they are. Do you have a target for internet sales in 2000? I'm looking for >$50 million.

Carl

Interest rates continue to fall, as per my forecast. I'm wondering if it will be enough to stem the decline. I think we should get a minor rally for the next week. What do you think?
