Hi Cima,

Well, from what I see there is no float...to tight to call this one. MM looking for stock that is being kept close to the hip...I like it...Only one way to move this baby, and that is pushing it out of the cradle if I may be so blunt...However, I do believe that the diversification of the company and the strong leadership ability in Mr. Chow has greatly added to where the destiny of ASTV is headed...Here's looking at the "CONNECTION"...HIGHER HEIGHTS"...Just my Opinion...Jackel

The Harmonic Hall Optical Disc Co. acquisition and Intelligent Sea Port operation in Malaysia to service associated Natural Gas and Oil industries with full Marine facilities, are both going to translate into significant revenue centers for this company.

I would expect future earnings for this company to sky-rocket with the contributions made by these two acquisitions alone. That is to say fiscal 2000, 2001, 2002 and beyond will show a very positive impact from the deals done in the later part of 1999 and the early part of 2000.

IMO the experience of Stephen Chow on both sides of the pacific ocean is going to translate into a pile of cash for this company and their investors. This type of experience is exactly what it will take to do business successfully in China today and tomorrow.

As for what deals will be made and announced in the year 2000, none of us know at this point. When I look at what Mr. Chow has accomplished to date, I have a hard time thinking he will be satisfied to sit back and coast at this point. IMO he is of the personality type that is driven to accomplish not just today but everyday. Or to put it another way, I think that an investment in Stephen Chow is a safe place to put your money if you are looking for the kind of growth he obviously can and will accomplish. Growth companies / growth stocks are built by growth people. Mr. Chow seems to be one of those people.
