Shareholders should be able to come to their own conclusions. I would be very surprised if Dell is in breach of any rule regarding it's reporting of info. Many members of this thread have made a lot of money from Dell in recent years. Maybe now is the time to give thanks for that and move on to another investment.I was lucky enough to sell my holding in early November. Pete
