I wouldn't compare PHCM to 1-800-flowers, of all things. You might check out RBAK, CMRC, SCMR, CMTN for a better comparison!!!

good idea to watch flowers

but they are in a lower growth business than phcm--nonethess, they are both releasing almost the same number of shares.

i bet we can get it near or below 100

NIck: Take a look at ntop which just underwent the release..I played it beautifully by buying puts with stock at 50 and selling when she went to 44..study the charts around the lockup release for that stock..I think it will portend how others do..doc
