NW-- this Leap Year is very unusual,, remember the last one was less than 4 years ago.. a rare Leap rule states years ending in 00 AND divisable by 4 will be leaps,,, LOL! Should be a non-event but many programmers were not and still are not aware of this exception..

NW: In the UK, the Government is not retiring its YK2 watch until the 29th of February has passed, and many organisations have postponed the purchase of software and hardware until they are sure that 29th 2000 has been accommodated.
