Rude-- I have heard him more than once. IMO he can ad-lib and do Q&A better UNprepared. Listen to the presentations he has been given,, then go back to his CEO announcement day and you will see 2 completely different speakers,, His personnality comes out then. Either he still will not do that often enough for his own reason or I'll maintain PR cannot prepare for him in a timely manner. If he would come out with statement of his own for damage control cpq would not be where it is,,,
