But to be sure, I will call tomorrow and confirm it.<< Boy do I ever regret making that offer to call the NASDAQ to clarify the amount of time that the shares have to be at a $5 US average price. As of the last five minutes ago, I have made four phone calls to Washington, California (they are still sleeping there), and New York. I have been through an unbelievably long Voice Mail Jail session on one of these numbers, and I was re-directed to the people who handle the litigation for NASDAQ as well. I have since decided to give it a rest, and I think I'll just try and talk to the folks at NSI the next time I have the opportunity. Maybe I'll think twice about volunteering to do something like this again <VBG>. Naaah, probably not, cause I actually like the challenge. Crazy Canuck
