I'm buying today 4 3/8. Although the chart doesn't look great and is subject to a couple of interpretations, I think the fundamentals are very conservative and I needed one of those in this market.

Good financial picture - it's a value play. The negatives are certainly priced into the stock. The company has put itself up for sale so I think it's a matter of when and what price it will be sold (although we all really know it's all about the perks and benes for management.)
