Little Investor, That's the kind of unhelpful information that we've come to expect from TSCM. The 38MM amount, directly from the prospectus, is technically available now for sale under Rule 144. However, most of it is held by McCann and family. Even if they wanted to sell (and even if GS&Co and the rest of Wall Street would let him get away with it), Rule 144 would only let him sell 1MM or so each quarter. That's a lot, but it ain't going to happen in real life. In any event, 38MM is irrelevant.
