Buzz,

This retirement fund is known for holding stock for long periods.....and that's what we were all looking for. The stock did not go to Slippery Al's House of Flip Flop Venture Partners.

Motorola would have been really cool...yet may have limited IDX's future business relationships.....Much like if Oracle had bought them......we would have Microsoft problems.

Getting the 4 million of overhead out of the way was long term Job #1.....and I think it will show up in the trading of the stock right away. Those holding about a million shares short.....have just lost the best thing they had going.

And I think you will find that there will be news shortly.....that will make the retirement fund look pretty smart.......Somehow this is the way these things go.

Both Kensington and Wisconsin got a near term deal and a long term deal.
